  1. Pour the chicken stock into a large cooking pot, add the ginger and garlic and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to a medium heat and add the chicken breast, celery and mushrooms. Cook for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the pink himalayan salt, soy sauce and noodles and cook for a further 3 minutes until the noodles are soft.
  4. Ladle into bowls, season with black pepper and enjoy!
